If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Silmora and do not want to use that product, then you can return your product to us within 30 days without any problem with the conditions given below. The amount spent by you for the product will be refunded within 7-15 days after deducting the shipping charges.

- Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Ship item back : within 5 days of RMA issuance
- Refund processed : within 7-15 days of receiving returned item

Damaged Product Refund
